Jonathan Ho, CEO

Jonathan has a strong and successful business background as well as a deep understanding of Chinese culture and business. His immersion in China's business sector began with the founding of two cafes/galleries in Beijing and Shanghai in 1987. Since then he has founded and managed several businesses in both China and the U.S. Jonathan graduated from Fudan University in 1983 and was a visiting scholar at the City College of NY in 1987. In addition to his role as CEO of CDI, Jonathan is a Managing Partner at Global Network Development Co. and Managing Partner at HuaSheng International, Inc.

May joined CDI in July of 2004 as a Managing Partner and Director of China Operations based in Shanghai, China. May has established our China-based Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Logistics operations. Before joining CDI, May was an accomplished journalist. Besides, she managed several successful commercial enterprises, was voted "Miss China" in 1993, and served as the Image Ambassador for Beijing in the 2000 Olympic Games. She was also named "Miss Asia": in 1993 and served as Peace Ambassador of Asia in that same year, representing China in the celebration of the newly re-established diplomatic relations between China and South Korea.

Scott has been with CDI since 2009 and is responsible for sales and marketing. He has a long history of working with large national accounts. He has an MBA from Emory University in Atlanta and an undergraduate degree from Miami of Ohio.

Xinyi has been with CDI since 2019, a Biopharmaceutical technology professional possesses a wide range of research skill-sets and strong analytical acumen. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master's major in Biotechnology from NYU. Meticulous and dependable team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Xinyi is capable of relocating the resources to different strategic projects.
